What We Do

Community Health Association of Spokane (CHAS) is a non-profit system of federally qualified community clinics providing quality medical, dental and pharmacy services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of insurance status.

CHAS enrolls patients in Healthy Options, Washington Health Program, Washington Basic Health Plan, and Medicare or Medicaid. We also bill private insurance. For those who are uninsured, we offer a flat-fee, similar to a co-pay for each medical visit.
