Patient Services Coordinator
Lori B.
Hi, I’m Lori your PSC at the Valley Clinic. I am very proud to say I have been with CHAS for over 8 years! I love helping people in the Spokane community and I’m here to help serve our patients in every way I can. I can help you find many resources such as utility assistance, clothing and food banks just to name a few. I also assist patients through the insurance maze, working with many great organizations such as Basic Health, Washington Health Program and Project Access. I am very knowledgeable about Medicare and Medicare Part D plans as well. One of my specialties is a program called Take Charge – assistance from this program may help pay for family planning & birth control. I can also help to determine if you qualify for Evergreen Health Insurance Program, which can pay medical insurance premiums for eligible Washington State residents who have HIV. The Valley Clinic also has a DSHS financial worker onsite to help our patients qualify for Washington State Medicaid.
Have questions about your current medical plan? Stop in and let me answer your questions.
