• We accept private insurance, as well as Medicaid and Medicare.  If you do not have insurance, we offer a flat-fee based on family size and income - our staff can provide more information upon check-in.
• We offer treatment for minor emergencies, x-ray services, DOT, employment & sports physicals, and so much more!

Hi, I’m Tina, your Patient Services Coordinator at Spokane Urgent Care. In my role as Patient Services Coordinator I help uninsured patients find insurance and other much needed resources. I am able to assist you with enrolling in Medicaid, Basic Health, Washington Health Program, Take Charge, Project Access, prescription assistance, and our sliding fee program.
