Patient Service Coordinators

Community Health Plan of WashingtonWe have ways to help you pay for your health care! Patient Service Coordinators (PSC) are present at each of our clinics to help determine which programs you may be eligible for CHAS. We enroll patients in Healthy Options, Washington Basic Health Plan, Medicare and Medicaid. Accepted insurance plans also include Community Health Plan and various private insurances.

Our Patient Service Coordinators will assist in making applications to any or all of these programs and track the progress of your application. Those currently not covered by health insurance pay fees based on income. Patient Service Coordinators serve as your advocate to accessing assistance programs.
