Report to Community

CHAS was founded in 1995 as a response to tremendous unmet need for access to healthcare in our community among the uninsured and homeless. We started with two rented exam rooms and have grown to become an essential thread in the safety net of the Inland Northwest. Along with growing to meet the needs of our community, we have pushed the frontiers of technology and are proud to be a national leader among Community Health Centers in the use of electronic health records.
