Maple St. Clinic Addition to Open
On Tuesday, September 4th, the new addition to our existing building will open. This new two-story addition will house our medical services including primary care, pediatrics and behavioral health.
To access all services at the Maple St. Clinic, please enter from Ash St. and enter the building via a single entrance into the upper level.
We'd like to thank you for your continued patience as we open this new addition and continue to work on improving our existing space.
