Opening in 1999, CHAS Health’s Valley Medical Clinic’s primary care team has been meeting the needs of individuals and their families located in Veradale, Greenacres, and surrounding neighborhoods. The various services offered through our clinic include medical, behavioral, and specialty care, all to further our goal of improving the overall health of the communities we serve.

Our convenient on-site pharmacy allows for easy prescription drop-off and pick-up while our professional pharmacy staff is available to answer questions about your medication. CHAS Health is a non-profit federally funded qualified health center (FQHC) that provided high-quality health care to families and individuals of all ages, regardless insurance status.

Nurse Practitioner Residency Clinic

The CHAS Health Nurse Practitioner Residency Program at the CHAS Health Valley Clinic is designed for fully licensed and credentialed ARNPs seeking to perfect their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of primary care. The program has four long-term CHAS Health providers onsite who will be providing guidance to fully licensed ARNP Residents (who are also CHAS Health employees).

Our residents are taking part in a 13-month long program that will provide them additional education and experience, above and beyond what their licensing requires.

Will my experience be different from other CHAS clinics?

• You can expect to receive high-quality care just as you would at any of our clinics.
• You may have more than one provider in the exam room at a time, as our experienced providers give guidance to our resident providers. Additionally, you may experience more face-to-face time with your provider.

Note: Because this program is 13-months long, our resident providers will change over time, but our teaching providers will be there continuously.
