As a community health center, we provide high-quality, low-cost medical and dental services for you and your family.

  • Medical – We provide primary medical care for the whole family.  Our experienced primary care providers diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
  • Pediatrics – For youth under 18, services include well-child exams, immunizations, and sports physicals.
