What is CHAS?
CHAS is a non-profit system of federally qualified community clinics providing quality medical, dental and pharmacy services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of ability to pay.
Can I bring in an outside prescription and have it filled at CHAS?
No. We only fill scripts written by our providers.

Is CHAS an urgent care facility?
CHAS offers both primary care (which operates with scheduled appointments) and urgent care services (which operates on a walk-in basis).
Is CHAS a free clinic?
CHAS operates on a sliding scale that is dependent upon household income and family size.
Do you offer counseling services?
Yes. CHAS offers short-term therapy and counseling for current patients only.
What do I do if I have no job and no source of income?
Provide a letter of circumstance indicating how you are currently financially supported (where do you live, how do you pay for rent and food).
Can anyone come to CHAS and get immunized?
Yes!
What dental services does CHAS offer adults?
Comprehensive dental care for established adult medical patients including exams, cleanings, x-rays, root canals, crowns and fillings.
What dental services does CHAS offer children?
Comprehensive dental care for children through age 18 including exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fillings.

What health services are provided to underinsured and uninsured people living with HIV/AIDS?
Medical evaluations & testing, oral health care, nutritional counseling, outpatient behavioral health counseling, and referrals to specialty care and other community resources as needed.
Which clinics have pharmacy services?
Maple, Valley, North County, Market St. and Denny Murphy Clinics. The Native Health Clinic also houses a CHAS pharmacy.
