Who We Are

Community Health Association of Spokane (CHAS) is a non-profit system of federally qualified community clinics providing quality medical and dental healthcare to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of insurance status.

CHAS enrolls patients in Healthy Options, Washington Basic Health Plan, Medicare or Medicaid. We also bill private insurance. For those who are uninsured, we offer a self-pay sliding fee scale based on household income and family size.

We provide:
